Returns and Refunds

We are confident that you will delighted with your jewellery purchase from Paul Holmes Jewellery. However, if this is not the case then we would be more than happy to issue an exchange or full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase.

You can return your purchase to us by post or by coming into our showroom located in Walker House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool.

Returning by Post

The cost of the return is to be paid by the customer and we strongly recommend insuring your parcel as you are liable until the item reaches our showroom.

Please Note

We are unable to refund any import duties or taxes on international
deliveries.

Delivery Information

Free delivery within the UK

It is our aim to deliver your parcel within 3-4 working days. Please allow for additional time when ordering in and around a Bank Holiday or our busy Christmas period. If for any reason your purchase is delayed we will contact you to discuss the options available.
